It appears to be a quite early Mohair jointed open mouth / snout Teddy Bear. On back of head there is a short rod with a amber glass ball attached and a metal trim opening. It's not a pull voice box which is what I first thought it might be but it's not and I'm now stumped. Would like to hear any opinions as to what they might be for and possibly it's maker if by a manufacturer. Thanks
