Unkown writing on a jewlery piece

I was in israel last mont water rafing/kayak. Someone found this bacelt part and staff took a look at it then gave to me. and i've asked many people and learned from friend some details: it does kind of look arabic though but it could just be my brain trying to make it look arabicon the right half, the accents on top look arabicit's just the letters in the first half dont really look arabic. it's too squiggly.Report · I'd like some more information on this piece if posible.

I think its upside down. Its Hindi or Arabic or Egyptian something like that.
