Well, depose means "registered" (as in trademark).

Only a guess, but I think it may be the bottom from a toy bus like this one. The eBay photos aren't too sharp, but one of them shows what looks like the same grid pattern.

I think it's the roof, which also explain the tabs on both sides of the relic.

You're right: looks like the top of the lower coach/compartment— or the bottom of the upper one!
