Unknown Token

Okay, here's a token Coinfucious found today. As far as I can see, one side says MOISE KILNKNER CO 1212 and there is smaller writing around the outer edge that I can't see worth a @*$&, even with magnifiers. The other side says MARKET 1636, RED RUBBER STAMPS with more unreadable writing around the outer edge. Any ideas? It's the exact size of a nickle. Also, can I stick this in peroxide to clean it? I don't know what the metal is.
