Unknown Tiny Container Gold? Heavy 1/8 oz

Looking by the old railroad depot in my small town and I came by this. What I can read is S&B and a 1. Its very small and has weight to it, 1/8 oz. Thought is might contain gold? Is S&B for the S&B Railroad? Any help would be appreciated.
