I cant seem to find a flower sculpture online that is like this one. I've searched using plastic, resin, lucite & acrylic with no results. Tho I do not believe it is acrylic except maybe the rods in the center of each flower. I would guess it to be somewhat old (70's or prior) & something some people would call "Eames era" but I guess it could be more modern. Maybe PVC but I doubt that. Its about 17" tall x 17" wide. Anyone know anything about it.
The brass or bronze medallion has not been identified, its rather large at 3.5" x 3.5" & seems to have a German WWII looking generals pip in the center. Anyone here know anything about it?
This lot of 11 goblets (10 of which are uranium glass). The clear one is called Parrot AKA Owl in Fan, it's 1880's. Maker is Richard's & Heartley & they sell for $45ish on eBay. One of the vaseline glass pieces (the small mug in the front) is from the 1893 worlds fair & I have a $150 standing offer for it. The one on the far left is Bellaire paneled jewel or Paneled Rosettes 1885-1888 & pretty darn rare in vaseline glass. The one on the far right is some really strange slag like glass in a tannish grey color with some black streaks in the stem & foot. It has a pontil mark on the bottom & reacts to blacklight thus contains uranium. I paid $25 for the group of 11 goblets & there is probably a minimum of $500 worth of goblets there.
