unknown spoon from goodwill

hen to goodwill today and get this spoon i now it is silver because if say .925 on back. it also say (that i can make out): choem pvee .925, there looks to be some type of crest of the back, but it has worn off. i was wondering what it is worth. i cant get a good pick of the back

If you can't get a picture of the markings or even a good picture of the front, no way to tell what it's worth. Also, if it is silver, we would need to know the weight of it.
