I found this yesterday by a house that was built in the 1800s in Tennessee. It has seven “teeth” with one that has a groove cut into it. There is a groove cut all the way around the perimeter of the “teeth.” On the shaft, there are six holes. They are not evenly spaced. Two are next to each other and match up to two more opposite them and then the other two line up with one another and run perpendicular to these four. If that makes sense. Lol. Any help you can give me would be great. Thanks
