unknown rock, meteorite?

well the other rock i posted is possible nothing but a magnetite nodule, i found this small rock. it does not atract a magnet and is not basalt or hematite. it has yellow metalic crystals in it. could this mystery rock be a meteorite?

Not attracting a magnet makes it less likely (though still possible). There's some good info here on how to identify a meteorite.
