Unknown object, need help

I don't know how to transfer a Google earth location graphically but the coords are 32°37'38.23"N,115°59'30.05"W,..
It appears to be 2 over lapping donuts about 10' in diameter. Too perfect to be natural. but in a most desolate area on the SoCal desert mountains just north of the border. It is best viewed from east to west for best perpendicularity.

Any ideas what this could be?

Looks like tire tracks to me, follow them over to the East and they lead to a dirt road.
