It is truly a remarkable story, you might say I bought it at a yard sale.. Wonder what it is worth
 

With such a high probability of being a modern fake there's not much point of discussing values. Step 1, determine it's genuine. I'm guessing it's not, but guessing means I can't be 100% sure. If it is a modern fake you should be able to find an exact match online.
