Unknown coin or token

My uncle found this coin or token last year in a farmers field in central Arkansas when we were hunting for arrowheads.



Any idea's on what it may be?

It is about the size of a quarter and the back I believe has the reverse of the fron't stamping (I will try and get another picture of it to upload showing it)
