Old water color & pencil, came from the UK, circa 1896 - 1905 I believe from the paste board. [FONT="]O W Paper And Arts company was started in 1895 by J W North A.R.A. to market the finest quality hand made papers made from 100% linen rag. Also in 1895 North helped to develop a new, kind of linen-based art paper that was extraordinarily durable and ideally suited to the demands of the water colorist. I'm considering to have this conserved (especially if the artist is known) and also the O W Ad on the back of the paste board is hard to find.
