Unknown artist prints watercolor French/Deco?

I found these prints at a thrift store awhile back and cannot find any information about them online. They are not numbered, but they are signed, although I cannot make out the signature. Print 1 appears to be the Arc de Triomphe and print 2 is a view of Notre Dame. They look pretty old, 1940's to 1950's is my guess. My questions are:

1. Can anyone ID the signature?

2. Do they have any value?
