Unknown 1812 button...any clues?

My hunting buddy dug this beauty a few weeks ago but we are wondering if anyone knows what regiment it is and if any value to it? Measures about 16mm in size and back marked of "Nutting"

HV button: Holmsdale Volunteers, a large battalion of volunteer infantry in Kent, 1803-08. The motto Liberty Loyalty Property was almost exclusive to that county, and appears on a lot of the buttons and appointments of the yeomanry and infantry units. c1794-1815. - Dixon

Here is a button I found at a 1812 site, it is not the same button but maybe the same unit. I hope this helps, nice find all round. HH

Thanks for the info and the photo. I will try some research into that area as looks like it's from there. Just have to pin point the right region down first. Must have been a small detachment here in Niagara at some point or just a stray button.

Thanks Brian for looking. I have one of these and first thought was, same regiment but doesn't seem to be at all. Got to love the research part of this hobby!!
