Finally was able to do some detecting this weekend after almost a month of snow cover. Scouted out a couple new sites that were busts, but my back up spot is still productive. Not sure what the Old Virginia Chocolate item is and the triangular items.

I believe I have the same UP token, and if I remember, it was made as an example of aluminum that UP had begun to use for passenger cars, 1934. Type in Union Pacific Token 1934, and you should find it.

Nice finds. I found one of those same Union Pacific tokens last year. That is the same aluminum that they used to build the train, and they made the tokens from the leftovers, to commemorate the train itself.
