Union Encampment

This was my first day out for this year ! After a long cold winter it was great to get out ! My long winter research paid off on a union encampment in Carroll county Maryland.

The third picture was my 2nd day in this union camp the stuff is pretty much scattered all around the site !! The weeds are getting very high to the point you can hardly swing anymore !!! I was hoping for another plate or some nice coins. I did find a Massachusetts cuff button in this New York camp this seems strange to me ! I'm hoping to get out at least one more time before the weeds or planting take over............

Sounds like you need to take a mower or weedeater to the site and keep goin! Dont let the weeds get the best of ya!
