✅ SOLVED unidentified coin

Anyone have ideas on this coin? Could possibly be an amulet. Roman numerals translate to 1150. Been trying for years to identify it. A bit smaller than a dime.
UPDATE!!! This pic was sent to me by Mackaydon. notice the charm on the bracelet....Identical to the piece I have. I believe he has solved it for me. Thank you Don.

Roman number translate to 1155. Item looks NOT to be a coin.

PS: I'll add: I don't believe coins were dated in Roman numerals prior to 1500 AD.
Actually, I believe it's part of a charm bracelet--similar to one shown here:

Yes, 1155. My mistake. Thank you so much, Don. This is the first positive ID I've had in the 25+ years I've had it. Looks to be identical to the one on the charm bracelet. Now to find its value. Only one day on this site and I'm hooked.
