unidentified bowl copper/bronze? hand made?

About 5 years ago I found this bowl at a car-boot sale and distinctly recall paying £2 for it, at first I thought the pattern was rolled onto the Metal and it was quite a new piece, but upon much closer inspection and curiosity of the markings no side is the same and has an uneven finish to the shapes, along with the indentations internally I now believe the entire pattern has been added by hand, the material appears to be bronze/copper but again I'm unsure and the markings on the base match nothing I was able to find after an hour of looking which is likely down to my lack of knowledge in the field. The pictures quite accurately show the colour.
