Trtry and see what dipping it in boiled hydrogen peroxide will do for it. I lve had great luck cleaning large cents this way. It does well with some details.

British Half Penny 25mm

American LC Coronet is 27mm but 10.89 grams though.
LC Chain 27mm 13.48 grams.

All the others I could find at 27mm were silver or gold or relatively new.

You might have already done this, but sometimes you can see more detail if you apply a raking light. Try shining a light across the surface.

On the second picture it almost looks like a 3 on the top right in roman numerals meaning it could be a King George the 3rd Halfpenny (1770-1775)
Although it is impossible to get an exact ID on a coin like that.

Probably George II or III, the Spanish maravedis were much more irregularly shaped until the early 19th century.

Thanks for the help all I greatly appreciate it... After doing some major searching and cleaning it looks like it's a Hibernia populi half penny... Can only see the details with a flashlight from the sides... Going to try some electrolysis to see if it helps anymore
