Underwater Find

I'm not much of a Treasure Hunter but my job as a Bridge Inspection Engineer occasionally produces some interesting finds. A couple of weeks ago while diving on a bridge pier in a Western PAreservoir, we brought up a complete 30cal. machine gun. The weapon is sometimes called a Browning Automatic Rifle or BAR. It was in use from the end of WWI to Korea.

Thanks for the reply Cladius. My diver kept the gun and will clean it up for display. It's generally finders keepers in the Bridge Inspection business.
