It certainly my wont given the largest arms exporting nations did not support it. US in great company with Russia, china, Syria, North Korea and Iran in abstaining from the agreement. Bastions of democracy all !!

I have to admit this is complete embarrassment. Just look at the other countries that abstained !!!
