Big Cypress,
he stated he thought it was Copper. You do such a Great job on Iding,i didn't want this to slow ya down. :wink:

Yes, I see now that he added that. 8) I thought it was a fruit. :D Thanks but I have been slow with the IDs lately and I dont have a clue here. Is it hollow?

Probably a ball from an old check-valve used in some type of pump. Most likely made of red brass. Tony

Most check balls and floats that I have seen are plastic. Could it be rusted plastic from the water?

looks like an oxidized machined ball bearing...for a pin ball machine.....

Are you sure its copper? I would expect to see some green if corroded. The color of the camera may be off but it just doesnt look copper to me. Is it heavy? Is it solid or hollow?
