UMC Remington NITRO CLUB NO 16

I thought I had a bad day metal detecting, and perhaps to some I did, but I was excited to find out how old this actually was. I saw "Nitro" on the head stamp and sounded modern to me as well as how it wasn't worn too much. It was deep down for sure.

Just found this in my backyard in Chino Hills, San Bernardino, California. I found it by luck as I do not own a metal detector but I will be purchasing one soon. Apparently I have an acre of land I can explore. Lol wish me more luck
