If I had to guess, I would say, mid to late 1800's "carved dome button"
Civilian like this one below. Most of the "dome flats" would come from England in the early 1800's. Some wound up on Confederate soldier uniforms. (Flat dome)

Ahhh, the mold mark and design.
So, that's a 1900's button Cru?
Pretty darn close

based on the cheap metal, that's my best assumption :icon_thumright:
