U.S. Two price buckle

Does anyone know what kind of buckle this is? I haven't found another that is identical. I found several examples of C.S. Buckles but not a U.S. That matched exactly.

The only thing I have found so far is on page 248 in "American Military Belt Plates" by O'Donnell and Campbell. It looks like it except the face appears to be blackened. It is a 1910 to 1920 for enlisted men. Give us a shot of the back to see if this could be the one.
