Had a 3 hour hunt today and came away with one of the strangest finds in a while. There in the same spot in dry sand near the dune line, I found 2 watches; an Armani Exchange wrist watch (AX2189) and a Montblanc No 7873 wrist watch, the later being a fake. Both watches were still keeping time. Even more weird, the Montblanc wrist watch has a corroded case suggesting that the watches were there for some time and this brings up even a more weird finding – the watches had the same time when found except one watch was on standard time and the other watch was on Day-light Savings time (i.e., one hour apart). I guess they also might represent different time zones. Any ways, to find 2 wrist watches in the same spot is one for the record book. Who wears two large watches?
