Two Sterling Silver Candy Bowls

Hit up a few garage sales the other day. Saw this silver looking bowl sitting on a table. I looked under one thinking they were gonna be silver plated. But instead, I saw "sterling" on the bottom, which almost made me pee. I asked him how much he wanted for it. "50 cents". I pulled a dollar out faster than Clint Eastwood pulling a quick draw. Just as he was getting change, I spotted yet another one. I looked under, and to my surprise it was also marked sterling.
"50 cents for that one too"

I'm probably gonna end up selling the one with the handle for $30-$40, and as for the other one I'm gonna keep it as my personal ice cream bowl, because how many college students can say they've eaten ice cream out of a silver bowl you know?
