✅ SOLVED Two small bells

I found one at a campground in CA and one at an RV Park in AZ (Both places with owners consent) The one without the face on it was so gunked up, I thought it was a sinker and almost threw it away.

Not sure if they are worth anything or if they have any cool historical relevance or even if there very old. Any information would be very much appreciated!
