Two Silvers at the tot lot?

Hadn't been out in a couple of months but got the bug today. Found a silver virgin mary medallion and a nice looking ring that's marked 925 and has a pretty nice looking pink stone but it just looks like some kinda pot metal although it's got some good weight to it.
