hit a small lake last week where i got the cross,pulled 3 rings out,thought they were all crap,all black and nasty.when i got home and checked my googie bag i only had two rings(WTF??).so i clean'um up and suprise,surprise,the butterflys silver(that sucker slipped out of my scoop three times before i caught it)the other was copper.BUT where the third ring?.even tho those two rings were nice keepers i couldn't get my mind off that third one.got up the next day and hit the lake again determined to get it back.two hours at the lake and i gave up,as i'm walking back to the truck,i've got one eye on the ground as usual and there it is in the spot i was park at the day before .got home and as i'm cleaning it up two of the three stones come right off,its junk :'better to find it and know it was crap than never to found it and wonder what it was....IT WAS MAKING ME CRAZY TO HAVE LOST IT

I'm workin' on a sifting stainless steel scoop for water/sand at work. I'll post some pics when I get a prototype finished. Should help me with losing targets back into the beach. More to come.
