Looks good painter! Do you have these on shelves or do you hang them up?

You can get a metal frame holder from wally world for .99 cents. They stand up well on a flat surface. Nice frames!

Thanks wells ... They are still not in there final resting place yet I plan on making a tilted shelf for them with a light. I don't trust them good enough hanging strait up afraid one might slide or my kids ,I love them haha , been known to knock things off wall Lolol

I despise Walmart ....... But for that price hahaha

Those are nice painter , love that side scraper in the last photo bottom row next to last on right.:icon_thumleft:

Thanks MR it's one of my favorites as well ...I hope I find a whole blade like that one day :))))

Thanks outlaw just because they're broke doesn't mean they aren't still beauties ;)

I agree, often the broken or heavily re-worked ,and modified pieces are more interesting than the common points in perfect condition. What part of the country are you and/or your artifacts from Painterx7?

Some are broke for many different reasons. I find the ones broken from use like impact fractures very interesting as to how it happened.

Hey red bear I'm in north west middle Tennessee and rock I do like the broke ones they are just as exciting when I find one gets the old heart pumpin lol

Yeah the heart really pumps when the base is sticking out and you pull and then all of a sudden it is broke in half. I carry a screwdriver in my pocket. I always try to checkout the whole to see if the other half is below it but so far nothing.

Sometimes I won't pull it out right away lol

I need to hang mine, but with thickness differences, one always shifts or slides down. I've stuck cotton behind the thinner pieces and it seems to help.

That is a great idea on the cotton ;)
