The circular medallion is obviously from a necklace, just not sure of it's origin.. is the writing on the back Asian..Arabic.. or hieroglyphics... lol.. just saying.
Now the TX medal that must have come from a masonic mosque.. just wondering what is was used for.. looks like it may have had a ribbon or strap attached to it at some time. Or maybe not.. again any and all information/value will be much appreciated, thanks

Item one is a watch fob.

Item two is a Japan Red Cross membership medal. If silver, it is pre-1941.

Thanks DCMatt, would never had made that connection. Not sure if it's silver.. Will it have a mark of some sort to identify that it's silver.? Or how can I test it to find out? Thanks again!

DC Matt is way too quick for me. Here is a pic of the Japanese medal that I found... exact same type of attachment was present on mine, as yours.

I am almost positive that yours is solid silver, sure has the "look". You could spit on it, wrap it in tin foil for a minute or so, and if it smells of sulpher, then it is silver. If you found it in the dirt, and there are no "pop" marks where the plating is coming off, then it is silver. (Psst: It's silver)

Mine is bronze and turned jade green in the ground. It was a souvenir from a returning WW2 soldier.

Congrats on the really really nice find!
