Any assistance out there for these two, any information will be appreciated from someone more in the know. The first is a small navy cuff button, anchor with the rope. The second is a broken tombac button, came fresh out of the ground that way, another victim of them plow blades. It has a enamel over lay with a mans face in the upper left portion. It is of the iron shank variety and is coat sized. Hoping somebody out there recognizes one or both of these as I have never come across either of the two. Both found in central Virginia on a home site established in 1800.
