Been stuck inside the house waiting on the rain, too cold in the lake. I hit an older permission where I found few modern silvers before. I also found a grapeshot at this site. Luckily the owner was home when I got there and as before he wished me luck and gave me "card blanch" (that's as close I'm going to get on that one). I didn't make it to the area I found the grapeshot because my first pass I hit on a 1943 Washington Quarter. I decided after last year doing the "farm where nothing can be found" I needed to go back and try my same techniques at this farm. I gridded for about two hours found a Barber 1903 Dime, 1942 Merc, 1937 Merc, 1941 S Wheat, 1953 Wheat and clad.
Enjoy the pix

Good job bud, a 4 silver day isnt all that common, nice!

Very nice old coin shoot! :occasion14:

I'd say good hunt but you already know that any hunt with 4 silvers is a good one! :)

Where you are, I would suspect you needed your scoop rather than your digger. ;)

WTG!

Yep,, 4 silvers in one hunt?
I haven't done that in quite some time.
I'm glad you're getting "Carte Blanche on your property permissions. It has been a while since I searched a private property.
Congrats on a sweet hunt.

nice little fist of silver coins. Looks like you got a good spot to look.

Good job buddy. Keep digging those holes my friend

Nice digs Brad. I heard the rain has been nonstop down your way. Up here we jut started getting it today.

One of these days let's hit that spot you keep mentioning up my way.

Cheers buddy.

Four silvers with one being a Barber...nice job. I'm a firm believer in pounding the snot out of every permission a hundred times. It pays off!

Great stuff, Treble. Congrats! -Lisa & John

I would call that a killer hunt. Nice job!

Thanks WIF, Here isn't quite like that sugar sand like 'the farm where nothing can be found" I didn't even make it into the field, I was in grass (nicely manicured too) I did about a half football field today, supposed to rain tomorrow, it was very muddy today.

SCORE! Nice hunt, and nice silver haul!
Thank you

Hop on that bike of yours, plenty of room at my place, and acres at this permission!

Thanks Steve, I'm game, maybe Sunday morning I'll ride up and see what the deal is there, we can meet or I'll do a preliminary scout trip?

I always, until last year, had a bad habit of meandering around in fields instead of gridding them. Now I'm really convinced, that quarter was 9 inches down

Thank you for the offer and don't think I wouldn't, but for right now. I have to take a "RAIN CHECK"

Yhose are some great finds I'm in a silver drought Thanks for the post!!!!!!!!11

Real good outing Buddy! Those Silvers sure come out nice, just wish they were the same for the water. This monsoon weather we are having sure has raised the water levels down here, not even worth going out and now that the chilly has set in the temps are falling. Best we just plan on next year, Be safe and continue the mission!
