The first one was found near Wilmington just north under a huge magnolia tree was digging lots of cans and trash but then it happen I had to sit down and brush it off gently
this is what I saw first and when I turned it over man all I could say is WOW and since then I have been back there and only found mini ball 12 to count and two round balls and one sc state seal button pre civil war 1850 to 1860 type . Then for the second best to begin off the year was hunting on a old rice plantation site one that had been detected on really hard for years and went back to where there was a lot of iron single when I hit a spot close to where I had found a KG3 1754 I was swinging near the base of a tree when in between the iron signals was a large high signal so I dug it out under the tree never ever had seen one like it and boy was it in great shape so here it is a KG2 cartwheel 1797
