Cool finds. I'd say the colors are just the natural colors of the rock... very pretty colors, too.
 

The infamous Rhyolite, I congratulate you on your first finds, well done. I have many different colours of Rhyolite but your second point is different, I've not seen those two colours mixed, very nice. I'm always delighted to find points, but finding points that are two shades is a plus. It's difficult to type the first point, due to the base missing, it sure is well used too. Your second point could be an Halifax, really depends where you found it.

The first one I would say is a blade or scraper, not an actual point. The point in the second pic appears to me to be of a woodland variety. The reason it was found closer to the surface is probably do to deep plowing sometime in the past bringing it closer to the top. Very nice finds indeed :thumbsup:
