Well Don, it would seem the seven in a row is much more difficult since it can only be achieved in two ways - the first seven or the last seven. With seven of a kind, the odd number can be in positions 2 through 7, so it can be achieved in six different ways...In my way of thinking, seven of a kind and seven in a row are exactly the same; considering there are only 8 numbers in a serial number.
