Not sure why Rockford , But I Enjoyed both those Shows.

I Normally Don't like Cop/detective Shows.

Same reason I Stopped liking dukes of Hazzard !

First couple seasons were Good, They always Got over on the Mayor & Sheriff.
Near the end of the series it was like they were the Law, always Screwing the Mayor Over on his Private Deals
and saving him.

Something tells me Moonshiners Didn't save the Law makers.
especially not the ones always arresting them

I hated all shows that turned Normal Folks into Crime Fighters.
I think they even did it to Kids shows like the Brady bunch .
Didn't they go on a Trip & involved with a Jewelry Smuggler,
and become crime fighters for the day?
