Im just guessing, but the lures look 60's to me. (except for the red & white) I have some similar from childhood.

That ;little wooden spinner is probaly a good one,search Ebay, Ibet you find the lure and the tackle box

So far I have found that TUT stands for Tip up town some kind of Michigan Ice fishing thing

Tip ups are flags used in ice fishing (we use them all the time down here ::) ::) )
Still cant find anything about the company though

I think the tackle box looks closer to the 1950's in design but that leather strap condition looks too good for that age. Even still it's a keeper.

It looks like the little floating tackle boxes trout fishermen use.They would have a string on them or carry in a net bag. Just my opinion.
