Found this while creek walking today. Area is known as old Indian camp site and wondering if this is related to that or natural? Has good detail of eyes, nose and mouth. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

When searching for possibles always start with deep pecked eyes or obvious manmade cleved mouth and check in different lighting and go from there. Keep searching. .
