Tuna Fish patties:

1 cup tuna fish (drained)
1 cup mashed potatoes (firm)
1/2 cup flour

Hand mix the above ingredients into patty shapes and then press into cracker or bread crumbs (both sides)

Fry in olive oil until brown on both sides then into oven at 350 for 20 minutes.


They freeze well also.


Now, how many Flippers had to die in order for the tuna to be caught, I have no idea
