trying to figure this out

I am trying to figure out this dish , glass... I do alot of Estate sometimes sells mostly junk sometimes good stuff... but sometimes I have no clue what its value is and the net drives me nuts because really there isnt a listing price for most .. ebay will just give you ideas... but here I am finding this site... and sometimes i just cannot find the item no where i have searched for days about this dish nothing which it may be junk... but who knows.... sometimes... I collect and find stamps , sometimes glass wear.. mostly whatever.. happen to run across.... but if anyone can figure this glass out... its like the salt look glass very heavy but looks like the presidents head or some type of english deal around the sides.. there are girls with butterflies... , then indian i think on the side , then one side men are marching with holding some type of covering like for king or such,

I am just stumped here for this dish i do not want to sell it bottom dollar if the thing is worth anything , then again it may be junk.. you really never know about some type of cut glass that has detail meaning on them no markings that I can find...
