Trying to date this ring and a lead cloth seal (SOLVED!)

I found this ladies ring that I believe to be (formerly) gold plated and set with garnets a few days ago. It is roughly .72" at it's widest. I'm trying to narrow down a date range maybe by looking at how the jewels are set. I found it where I've found items between 1774 - Current, so it could have one heck of a range hehe

Site was built on in the 1690s and was abandoned in 1969

Rather then start another thread ....

I dug this fellow from a site that dates from the early to mid 1700s

It is the size of a dime and appears to resemble a William IV Shilling to my untrained eye. That said, I could easily be wrong. I unfortunately can't make out the letters =(

A guy on another forum IDd the seal!

It's a 1702-1714 Queen Anne lead cloth seal. The '3' is the tax on the bolt of cloth.
