For those that are familiar with applying for an HPA in WA State I have a few quick questions -
1) Is it possible to get an HPA for dredging outside of the time limits of the gold and fish permit?
2) Is it possible to get a HPA for highbanking with a sluice that is larger than 10 square feet? (Monster Hog by gold hog is around 12sqft)
and a second part to the question, can you get it for outside the time limits of the gold and fish permit? Currently if it's not within season you're limited to under 3sqft.
