Revenge of the Nerds was a 1984 movie. Revenge of the Nerds II - Nerds in Paradise was released in 1987 as the second movie in the four-film franchise. This yo-yo, I presume, was sold around the time of the film's release. It might have been a promotional item for the film.

You guys are awesome. I scoured the internet and could not find anything. It appears Robert Carridine and Curtis Armstrong have a show on TBS called King of the Nerds. I might try some cross promoting to get a good price for my yo yo.
