I purchased these 3 blanks a while back
They weigh almost exactly 1 troy oz each and are only slightly larger than a silver dollar

I believe they are silver but have not tested them

Any Ideas how to Identify

Silver testing kit.

Guess I should rephrase that question LOL

Are they planchets for a coin? Is there a way to identify what coin they were ment to be ?
I do have a silver testing kit but didn't want to ruin any collector value (if there is any).

The problem is that it's impossible to tell what they MIGHT have been intended for. I have found several copper penny blanks over the years, but they aren't really worth anything above scrap. You would first have to get their exact weight and dimensions as well as find out their silver content to "verify" they MIGHT be blank planchets. Then you would need to talk to coin experts to find if there is any value above scrap.

They could be electrical contact points, where did you find 'em? If they are, they will contain a lot of silver!
