Hey guys,
So I decided to go back to a spot I researched where I had recently dug a few bullets and pulled five more today. These were all next to a creek deep in the woods and all were found about 20 feet or so in the hillside from the creek. I also found a few iron patches here and there with some very small square nails in them. I didnt stop to test dog and iron patches due to the large sized area I have to cover. I am curious about the small pistol bullet. I havent recovered a civil war pistol bullet to my knowledge yet, but thought this one was a little different than usual. There are no crimp Mark's in the ring. Anyways it's always good to get a few bullets on a nice day. Hope you all have a great and happy Father's Day!
