Triangle & Arrow Symbol on Oiler can?

I'm sure this is an easy answer...But when I search, all that comes up is treasure signs :D .
This little oiler can is 2 3/4" tall and 2 1/4" wide, made of some kind of metal(tin?).
What does the symbol stand for? or is it for the company who made the can?
Thanks for looking and any help!

Thanks FarmerChick--I thought maybe it was for a sewing machine or something, but it doesn't have a small enough spout to grease something like that. Its got oil inside it, I just don't know what for :icon_scratch: .

When you destroy as many AK's, SKS's, oil cans and web gear as I did in Vietnam you remember what they looked like. We used to pile everything on top of about 200 pounds of C4 and let 'er go. I must have destroyed over 500 rifles and gear that way. We also added many 100 pound bags of rice and anything else we captured to the pile. Actually, it was a shame. Our gov should have sold all that stuff to recoup a few dollars we spent on the war.
