Treble Gilt Button with stars

Hey guys is there any significance to a treble gilt button with stars around the words on the bottom? Nothing on the top of the button.

It looks like there is a ghost of an eagle at the top of the loop when you engage the photo

I don’t see a the remains of an eagle, but I could be wrong. Americans didn’t like purchasing British manufactured buttons with an eagle after the War of 1812. I believe your button to early 1800s civilian that was gold in color.

looks like bottom right in the pic of six in that link to me, only one that the eagle head is facing left.
